Imomzoda M.K. was born on April 2, 1988 in the village of Mehnatobod, Khuroson district of Khatlon region.
From1995 he attended School No. 41 of Khuroson district, and in 2006 he graduated from School No. 8 of the same district with distinction.
In 2006, he entered the Finance and Credit Department of the former Institute of Entrepreneurship and Service, graduating it with diploma of distinction in 2011.
Since 2011, he has been working in the field of science and higher education, and is recognized as an expert of quality of education at the university. The main areas of his scientific and research activities includes the development of the public service sector, ways to improve the efficiency of state-owned enterprises, the development of public services, and the management of public debt.
Murodali has got his scientific degree from the Tajik State University of Commerce from April 2021, on the topic of “Improving the economic mechanism for the development of the public service sector in a market economy (on the example of the Republic of Tajikistan)” under the supervision of Professor Jumaev Bahovuddin Mahmadnazarovich.
Throughout his career, Murodali has worked as an assistant at the Department of Finance and Taxation of the State University of Tourism and Business (2021-2012), senior lecturer (2012-2020), deputy dean for education (2013-2017), deputy dean for education of the State University of Tourism and Business (2017-2018), acting associate professor of the Department of Finance and Taxation (2021), head of the Department of Quality Management of Education of the State University of Tourism and Business (2022-2023), head of the Department of Economic Geography and Ecology of the International University of Tourism and Business of Tajikistan (2024-2025).
He is the author of 1 textbook, 3 monographs, 6 educational materials, 2 methodological guides, 16 HAC articles and more than 80 articles of the republican and international level in various areas of the public services sector, the development of state enterprises, ensuring the effectiveness of public debt instruments, and the development of the country’s financial relations.
Imomzoda Murodali is currently preparing a doctoral thesis on the topic of “Improving the economic and financial mechanism for the development of the public service sector in the context of the digital economy: theory, methodology, and strategy.”

Sharipov A. was born on May 20, 1969 in the city of Kulyab, Khatlon region. In September 1976, he entered the school No. 23 of the city of Kulyab, graduating in 1986 with good results.
In 1987-1989, he was drafted into the Armed Forces of the Soviet Union and served. Since 1990, he entered to the Faculty of Physics of the Kulyab State Pedagogical University named after A. Rudaki on the specialty of “physics with addition of mathematics”, and graduated in 1995.
Since 1995, he worked as a senior laboratory assistant at the Department of Methods of Teaching Physics of this university. From 1998 to 2005, he worked as an assistant at the aforementioned department, and since 2005, he started in the capacity of a senior lecturer at the Faculty of Physics.
Since January 2025, he joined to the International University of Tourism and Entrepreneurship of Tajikistan and is has been working as a senior lecturer at the Department of Economic Geography and Ecology.

Rajabekov Gulomsafdar Jomievich was born in March 1962 into an intellectual family.
In 1979, he entered the Faculty of Geography of the Dushanbe State Pedagogical Institute named after T.G. Shevchenko, graduating with diploma of distinction in 1984.
In 1984, he initially started working at school number 46 in the Frunze district of Dushanbe city, and then, from November of the same year, entered to the postgraduate course of the Institute of Oriental Studies of the Academy of Sciences of the Tajik Soviet Socialist Republic with the focus on the Economics of Developing Countries.
In 1985, he was taken to Soviet Army, and served for a year and a half, and afterwards continued his postgraduate studies from 1987. From 1989 to December 1992, he worked as a junior research specialist at the same institute.
In 1993, he first started working at school number 2 of Roshtkala district of GBAO as a teacher of geography and biology, and at the same time delivered lectures at the Faculty of Economics of Khorog State University, and since 1994 he started full-time work at this University.
Since 1996, he has participated in the implementation of the AKFED program of Enterprise Support Facility in Khorog, and then joined the Aga Khan Education Program, taking a special course at the London School of Economics, and in 1997 implemented this program at Khorog State University.
During 2001-2002, he joined the Department of Near and Middle East Countries of the Institute of Oriental Studies of the Academy of Sciences of the Russian Federation as a research fellow, and in 2002 successfully completed a scientific thesis on the topic “Economic issues of postwar reconstitution and rehabilitation of Energy in Afghanistan” and returned to Tajikistan.
From 2002 to 2006, he served as the Director of the School of Professional and Continuing Education at the University of Central Asia.
In 2006, he began working as a coordinator for the “Strengthening the National Statistical System” program of the Statistical Committee of the Republic of Tajikistan under the supervision of the World Bank. This program yielded good results, and Gulomsafdar started to implement similar program in Afghanistan from 2011.
In 2014, he joined the Jamatkhana Development Committee as an Executive Officer. In 2024, he worked as a consultant and prepared reports for 3 programs, including an analysis of the state of the light and textile industry, an analysis of the migration of Tajik youth and the possibility of finding a job in the country, and the preparation of business plans for small entrepreneurs.
Since January 2025, he has been working at the International University of Tourism and Entrepreneurship of Tajikistan in the Department of Economic Geography and Ecology.
Gulomsafdar has published more than 30 scientific articles and papers in national and international journals and has participated in international conferences. Currently, in addition to writing scientific articles and preparing teaching materials, he is working on his doctoral thesis on the topic “Fuel and Energy Industry of Afghanistan: Formation and Prospectives”. Throughout his life, Safdar was engaged in scientific work and also wrote poetry in his native and Tajik languages.

Since September 1, 2024, he has been employed by the Department of Economic Geography and Ecology of the International University of Tourism and Entrepreneurship of Tajikistan through a competitive examination, and continues his educational, scientific and creative activities.

Kalandarov A. has worked as an assistant and senior lecturer at the Tajik State Pedagogical University named after Sadriddin Aini since 1997. In 2009-2011, he was the acting head of the Department of Geoecology, and from 2011-2013, he served as the head of the Department of Natural Geography of the Faculty of Geography. From 2013 to 2016, he served as the head of the Department of Economic and Financial Management of the Institute of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, and since 2017, he has been the head of the Department of Economic and Social Geography of the Faculty of Geography, and since 2020, he has been the dean of the Faculty of Geography of the Tajik State Pedagogical University named after Sadriddin Aini.
From 2024 to 2025, he served as the head of the Department of Economic Geography and Ecology of the International University of Tourism and Entrepreneurship of Tajikistan, and is currently an associate professor of this department. During his career, he has published 4 educational materials, 1 monograph, 2 educational programs, 84 scientific articles, including 13 peer-reviewed articles in the publications of the Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Tajikistan and the Russian Federation at the republican and international levels.
Qalandarov successfully defended his candidate’s thesis on the topic “Socio-economic characteristics of urban development in the conditions of a changing economy of the Republic of Tajikistan (on the example of the Sughd region)” at the Sadriddin Aini State University of Tourism in 2011.
Kalandarov Ahror Akhmadovich is a responsible and demanding teacher, who also has high skills in analyzing and drawing scientific conclusions. In cooperation with the Department of Population and Demographic Economics of the Institute of Statistics of the Republic of Tajikistan, the Statistical Agency under the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, he completed a six-month retraining course at the UCA and received a diploma.

Maksadov Khabibullo Ismatovich – Associate Professor of the Department of Economic Geography and Ecology of the International University of Tourism and Entrepreneurship of Tajikistan, PhD in History, Associate Professor.
He has been working in the field of science and higher education since 1986 and is known as a researcher in the field of history of science and ecology. The main areas of his research activities are the study of scientific works of the Persian-Tajik peoples, especially the history of the development of science in Central Asia and Iran from ancient times to the present day and its impact on the development of science and world civilization, as well as the study, education and teaching of ecology.
In the scientific council at Bokhtar State University named after Nosir Khusrav, he has got his PhD degree on the topic of “The History of the Development of Astronomy in Central Asia and Iran in 13th Century” under the supervision of Doctor of Physical and Mathematical Sciences, Professor Komili Abdulhay Sharifzoda on March 6, 2021. Maksadov Khabibullo began his career in 1986, immediately after graduating from the university, as a senior laboratory assistant at the Tajik Polytechnic Institute. In 1987-1989 he served in the Soviet Army, from 1990 to 1991 he was a senior laboratory assistant at the Physics and Technology Institute of the Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Tajikistan, from 1991 to 1993 – a second-class engineer at the same Institute, in 1993 – a first-class engineer, from 1993 to 1996 he was transferred to the position of junior researcher at the Department of History of Science and Technology of the Institute of History, Archeology and Ethnography of the Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Tajikistan. From 1999 to 2010 he worked as a senior researcher at the abovementioned Institute. Since March 1, 2011 – Senior Lecturer of the Department of Higher Mathematics and Natural Sciences, and since September 2023 – Associate Professor of the same department.
Since September 2024, he was accepted as an Associate Professor of the Department of Economic Geography and Ecology of the International University of Tourism and Entrepreneurship of Tajikistan and continues his work to this day.
He is also as got various awards and honors for outstanding achievements in the field of education and science.
During his career, he has published more than 100 scientific articles, dozens of popular articles, as well as 13 books, monographs and textbooks.

Rakhimov R. born on October 6, 1959 in Ayni district of the Republic of Tajikistan in the family of a former teacher.
In 1967, he accepted to the school, in 1975 he graduated from an eight-year school, entered the Pedagogical Institute of Penjikent city, and graduated it in 1979. He began his teaching at Secondary School No. 17 in the Ayni district.
He served in Soviet Army from 1979 to 1981 in the city of Shchyolkovo, Moscow region and the city of Gorin, Solnechny district, Khabarovsk territory. From December 1981 to September 1983, he worked as a primary school teacher and counselor at Secondary School No. 29 in Ayni district. In 1983, he was accepted to the KSU after S.M. Kirov in the Geography Department, from which he graduated in 1988 as a Teacher. From 1988 to 1993, he initially worked as a deputy director for academic work at Secondary School No. 29, from 1993 to 2001, he worked as a geography teacher and head of basic military training at School No. 29, from 2001 to 2004, he worked as a school director at the same School, from 2004 to 2010, he worked as a teacher of geography of the school in Ayni district. From 2010 to 2012, he worked as a lecturer in the Department of Constitutional Law and a methodologist at the Institute for Advanced Studies of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tajikistan, and from 2011 to 2016, he worked as a coworker at the Department of Economic and Social Geography of the State Pedagogical University of Tajikistan named after S. Aini (SPUT). From 2012 to 2015, he worked as a lecturer in the Department of Constitutional Law, Head of the Education Department of the Institute for Advanced Studies of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tajikistan, from 2015 to 2017, he worked as a geography teacher and Deputy Director for Educational Work at the Lyceum of the Institute of Entrepreneurship and Service. From 2017 to 2018 he worked as a lecturer in the Department of Natural Sciences, Head of the Education Quality Service at the College of Informatics and Computer Engineering of Dushanbe. From 2018 to 2021, he worked as an assistant in the Department of Economic and Social Geography at the State Pedagogical University of Tajikistan named after S. Aini, specializing in geography, from 2021 to 2023 – Senior Lecturer in the Department of Economic and Social Geography of the the same University. From 2023 Rahimov has been working as a Senior Lecturer in the Department of Economic Geography and Ecology of the IUTET, as well as a geography teacher at the lyceum of the same university. Since 2018, he has been working on a scientific dissertation on the topic “Economic Potential of South-Eastern Tajikistan” (using GBAO as an example).
During his career, he was awarded the medal “For the Construction of the Baikal-Amur Mainline” (1981), the medal “80 Years of Tajik Justice” (2014), and the Certificate of Honor of the Ministry of Education and Science of Tajikistan (2016).

Zaynura was born on December 23, 1991 in Kulob city. From September 1998, she entered the Kulob comprehensive School No. 23, and graduated with honors in 2009.

Zamonova S. was born on September 15, 1978 in Nurobod district, and from September 1985 she entered the Nurobod district State Technical University No. 24, graduating with good results in 2001.
