Brief Information
Khayrinisso Haydar Jurazoda serves as the Vice Rector for Science and Innovation at the International University of Tourism and Entrepreneurship of Tajikistan.
In 2000, Khayrinisso Haydar Jurazoda graduated from the Tajik State University of Finance and Economics with a degree in Economics, specializing as an Economist and Tax Inspector. She began her professional career the same year as an Assistant Lecturer in the Department of Finance and Credit at the same university.
From 2000 to 2003, she worked as an Assistant Lecturer in the Department of Finance and Credit at the Tajik State University of Finance and Economics. From 2003 to 2017, she served as a Senior Lecturer in the same department.
Between 2018 and 2020, she held the position of Deputy Dean for Research at the Faculty of Economics of Bokhtar State University named after Nosiri Khusrav.
In September 2020, she joined the International University of Tourism and Entrepreneurship of Tajikistan as Deputy Dean for Research of the Faculty of Finance and Credit. Since 2022, she has served as Deputy Dean for Academic Affairs of the same faculty.
In 2023, she successfully defended her PhD-equivalent dissertation entitled “Spatial Distribution and Specialization of Economic Entities in the Khatlon Region of the Republic of Tajikistan (A Case Study of Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises)” in the specialty 08.00.03 – Economics and Regional Economics, earning the academic degree of Candidate of Economic Sciences (PhD equivalent).
From 2023 to 2024, she served as Director of the Center for Talent Identification and Development at the International University of Tourism and Entrepreneurship of Tajikistan.
In 2025, with the approval of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan (Letter No. 15/1-2 dated January 7, 2025) and in accordance with Article 28 of the University’s Charter, she was appointed Director of the Institute of World Economy and International Relations under the International University of Tourism and Entrepreneurship of Tajikistan. From January 2026, she also served as the Acting Rector of the Institute of World Economy and Diplomacy.
Khayrinisso Jurazoda is the author of the university textbook “Audit” (Dushanbe: Irfon, 2019) and the teaching and methodological manual “Assessment of Customs Infrastructure” (Bokhtar: Noshir-S LLC, 2026). These publications are widely used by lecturers and students at higher education institutions throughout Tajikistan.
She has authored more than 90 scientific articles on economics, finance, and entrepreneurship. She is also the author of the scientific monograph “Spatial Distribution and Specialization of SMEs” (Dushanbe: Sino, 2025).
In recognition of her outstanding professional achievements, Khayrinisso Jurazoda was awarded the “Excellent Worker of Education of Tajikistan” badge in 2025. She has also received Certificates of Honor from the Committee for Youth Affairs and Sports under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan, the People’s Democratic Party of Tajikistan, the International University of Tourism and Entrepreneurship of Tajikistan, and Bokhtar State University named after Nosiri Khusrav.
