Davlatzoda Nasimjon Davlat is one of the active representatives of the modern Tajik intelligentsia and has made a significant and effective contribution to the development of education, science, and international relations in Tajikistan. He holds a PhD in Philology, is an Associate Professor, and serves as Head of the Department of International Relations at the International University of Tourism and Entrepreneurship of Tajikistan. His professional career integrates scholarship, administration, teaching, and educational diplomacy.
In 2003, Davlatzoda Nasimjon graduated from the Tajik National University, and in 2020 from the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Tajikistan. Equipped with deep professional knowledge and a modern worldview, he began his career in education in 2003 and has actively served within the education system for more than two decades — from lecturer to senior leadership positions. This extensive experience has enabled him to understand both the practical challenges and strategic prospects of the education sector.
His main research interests include world literature, Persian-Tajik literature, international relations, the study of cultural processes in literature, and work with gifted students and school pupils. He pays special attention to fostering analytical thinking, academic culture, and an international outlook among the younger generation. At the same time, cooperation with foreign faculty and students, as well as the expansion of academic partnerships, constitute key priorities of his professional activity.
Davlatzoda Nasimjon defended his PhD dissertation in 2019 at the Dissertation Council of Tajik National University under the supervision of Professor Abdusattorov Abdushukur (late). His dissertation, titled “The Artistic Image of Hatam in Persian-Tajik Literature,” is distinguished by its in-depth analysis of classical sources, examination of ethical and humanistic values in Persian-Tajik literature, and exploration of the role of the figure of Hatam in the Eastern literary tradition. The research represents a substantial contribution to comparative literary image studies.
Over the course of his academic and teaching career, Davlatzoda Nasimjon has published more than 42 scientific, educational, and methodological works, including 2 monographs, 2 textbooks, 2 methodological manuals and teaching-methodological complexes, as well as 36 academic articles, 10 of which were published in peer-reviewed journals. His works are characterized by a modern scholarly approach, thorough analysis, and practical relevance.
In addition to his academic work, Davlatzoda Nasimjon is also engaged in translation activities. In 2025, he translated from Tajik into Turkish the major historical and scholarly work “The Tajiks” by Academician Bobojon Gafurov. This translation represents not only a scholarly achievement but also an important cultural and civilizational initiative, contributing to the presentation of Tajik history, identity, and statehood within the Turkic-speaking world.
One of the most productive periods of his leadership career was from 2014 to 2022, when he served as Director of the Lyceum for Gifted Students in the city of Dushanbe. During this time, the lyceum became one of the leading educational institutions in the republic and consistently ranked first at the national level. Under his strategic leadership, students successfully participated in prestigious international and global Olympiads, winning gold, silver, and bronze medals and proudly raising the State Flag of the Republic of Tajikistan on the international stage. His contribution to the formation and development of the national student Olympiad movement is regarded as significant and impactful.
From 2023 to August 2025, Davlatzoda Nasim served as the Permanent Representative of the reputable international organization Global Partnership for Education (GPE) in Tajikistan. In this capacity, he contributed to coordinating international cooperation, attracting development partners, and promoting Tajikistan’s state education policy. Within this framework, he participated in international meetings and forums in Moldova, the United Arab Emirates, France, Germany, and Vietnam, delivering scholarly and analytical presentations and representing Tajikistan’s experience at the global level.
For his many years of impeccable service in education and science, his significant contribution to the training and upbringing of the younger generation, and the preparation of highly qualified specialists, Davlatzoda Nasimjon was awarded in 2016 the honorary badge “Excellent Worker of Education and Science of Tajikistan.” This award recognizes his professional achievements and his firm position in advancing the national education system.
Currently, at the International University of Tourism and Entrepreneurship of Tajikistan, Davlatzoda Nasimjon oversees international relations, the internationalization of educational processes, and the development of academic cooperation and partnerships. He is responsible for developing and implementing international strategies, preparing documentation for international attestation and accreditation, attracting projects, and enhancing the university’s reputation and competitiveness in the global educational space. His work in this field lays a solid foundation for the university’s integration into the global education system.

Jahongir Mashokirov – head of the department of investment programs and project implementation of the International University of Tourism and Entrepreneurship of Tajikistan, candidate of economic sciences, associate professor.

Sharifzoda Sharif is the Head of the Department of International Student Affairs and Academic Mobility at the International University of Tourism and Entrepreneurship of Tajikistan, PhD in economic sciences, associate professor.
Since 2015, he has been actively working in the field of science and higher education. His main areas of scientific activity include the development of theoretical and methodological approaches to managing foreign investments and the development of practical recommendations for improving investment management processes aimed at enhancing investment activity in the national economy.
Associate Professor Sharifzoda Sharif has made significant contributions to scientific research and achieved substantial scientific results. He is currently the author of two monographs, 47 scientific articles, and five teaching methodological manuals.
For his achievements, Sharifzoda Sharif was awarded the title of “Honored Worker of Education and Science of the Republic of Tajikistan” (2024).
At the university, he is responsible for planning, organizing, and overseeing all forms of academic and extracurricular work with international students, as well as coordinating academic mobility with foreign universities.
