DEPARTMENT OF MANAGEMENT AND MARKETING

The Department of Management and Marketing was formed on the basis of the decision of the Academic Council of the International university of tourism and entrepreneurship of Tajikistan(point 1.3 from September 5, 2012) on the basis of the departments of “Economic Theory and Marketing” and “Economics and Enterprise Management”.
The department trains specialists in the following specialties:

1-260202.00 – Management;

1-260203.00 – Marketing;

1-260201.01 – Business administration in the field of production and services.

1-260202.02 – International Management

1-260202.03 – Innovation Management

After graduation the graduates of these specialties can work at production, commercial and service enterprises, credit and financial institutions, as well as private business structures.

The educational process at the department is organized in accordance with the requirements of the credit system of education. Resource support of the department meets modern requirements. For all 30 educational subjects of the department educational programs, lecture courses, handouts, presentation slides are developed. In the process of teaching, the department staff use modern methods of lecture and practical classes and teaching aids. Guidelines for academic subjects have been developed by teaching staff of the department for the effective conduct of classes. Currently, the department employs 12 teachers, including 6 teachers with an academic degree.
