Students of the International University of Tourism and Entrepreneurship of Tajikistan, who are studying at City University of Malaysia in the second semester of the 2025–2026 academic year under an academic exchange program, actively participated in a grand International Nowruz celebration held at the Embassy of the Republic of Tajikistan in Malaysia.
The participation of students in such events not only serves to promote the rich national culture but also demonstrates a high level of responsibility and national pride while abroad. With a strong sense of patriotism, they promoted national traditions and made a valuable contribution to strengthening cultural ties and friendship between peoples.
It should be noted that currently 11 students of the institution are studying under an academic exchange agreement signed between the International University of Tourism and Entrepreneurship of Tajikistan and City University of Malaysia.
In addition, during this period, two university staff members are undergoing professional development at City University of Malaysia.
Such initiatives are of particular importance for expanding students’ global outlook and strengthening Tajikistan’s position on the international stage.
