As part of efforts to strengthen international scientific and educational cooperation, expand academic ties, and exchange best teaching practices, a demonstration lecture featuring scholars and lecturers from the Islamic Republic of Iran was held at the International University of Tourism and Entrepreneurship of Tajikistan.
The lecture was organized for first-year students majoring in 1-25010800 — “Accounting and Auditing” at the university’s Faculty of Accounting and Economics. The invited participants were Ali Daler, a professor at the Tehran University of Cultural Heritage, and Tayiba Rahmoni, a doctor from the Tehran University of Cultural Heritage.
During the demonstration lecture, the international guests shared their perspectives on the importance of modern knowledge, the use of innovative teaching methods, the development of analytical thinking, and the cultivation of students’ professional competencies. Particular attention was also given to improving the quality of education, integrating theoretical knowledge with practical experience, and the role of modern technologies in preparing competitive professionals.
During the session, students had the opportunity to learn about the educational practices of higher education institutions in the Islamic Republic of Iran and exchange views on matters related to the learning process, the development of intellectual abilities, and the advancement of professional knowledge.
The organization of such educational sessions involving international scholars and professors is an important aspect of the internationalization of education. These initiatives create favorable conditions for broadening students’ academic horizons, enhancing teachers’ professional skills, and incorporating advanced international practices into the educational process.
