On 24 November 2025, representatives of the Tajik International University of Tourism and Entrepreneurship, led by the Rector of the institution, Mr. Ubaidullo Asrorzoda, participated in the Qatar International Tourism Exhibition (QTM – 2025), which is taking place from 24–27 November 2025 in Doha, State of Qatar.
During their visit to the Tajikistan tourism pavilion, the University representatives took part in an event showcasing the tourism potential and opportunities of Tajikistan, held with the participation of the Ambassador of the Republic of Tajikistan to the State of Qatar, a representative of the Executive Office of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, the Tourism Development Committee under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan, and representatives of higher professional educational institutions of the country.
Additionally, within the framework of the exhibition, the University leadership held meetings with well-known international tourism and hospitality companies.
It is also planned that in the coming days, the Rector of the University will meet with the leadership of several higher education institutions, key tourism sector organizations, and major hotel networks in the State of Qatar, including “Katara Hospitality” and “Visit Qatar”.
