Brief Information

Fathullo Jabborov is the Vice-Rector for International Relations of the International University of Tourism and Entrepreneurship of Tajikistan, candidate of economic sciences, associate professor.

Since 2005, he has been engaged in activities in the field of higher professional education and science in the country. His main research areas focus on pressing issues of the national economy, including external debt, industrial entrepreneurship, industry, and accelerated industrialization of the country’s economy.

Fathullo Jabborov is the author of 3 monographs, 10 academic and methodological manuals, and over 100 scientific and popular articles in the fields of entrepreneurship, industry, digital economy, and external debt.

His contribution to the development and implementation of international projects is highly significant. As a coordinator of international relations and an expert in projects and programs, he has participated in professional development courses at higher education and research institutions of the Russian Federation (2010, 2019, 2022), Italy (2013), Kazakhstan (2014), Kyrgyzstan (2015), Azerbaijan (2015), Spain (2015), Netherlands (2020), Georgia (2022), India (2022), Malaysia (2022), Germany (2023, 2024), Uzbekistan (2023), United Kingdom (2023), Qatar (2023, 2024), and People’s Republic of China (2024).

The achievements of Fathullo Jabborov in the field of science and education have been honored with the title of ‘Excellence in Education and Science of the Republic of Tajikistan’ (2012) and with certificates of appreciation from relevant ministries and agencies.

At the university, Fathullo Jabborov is responsible for managing external relations, internationalization of educational processes, and the advancement of partnership development. His duties include overseeing the development and execution of investment projects and grant programs, fostering and reinforcing the institution’s international affairs, and ensuring the effective adaptation of the university’s structural units to operate successfully within the global educational framework.
