On March 24, 2026, representatives of the mass media of the Kyrgyz Republic visited the International University of Tourism and Entrepreneurship of Tajikistan, where they toured the University’s Academy of Tourism and the Scientific Research Institute of Tourism and Entrepreneurship.
The guests were warmly welcomed by the university leadership. At the beginning of the visit, detailed information was provided on the university’s management structure, priority areas of educational and scientific activity, as well as the opportunities created by the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan for training highly qualified and internationally competitive specialists. It was emphasized that the university, as one of the leading centers for training professionals in tourism and entrepreneurship, operates in accordance with modern global standards.
During the visit, the media representatives also toured the Digitalization and Artificial Intelligence Center, tourism laboratory, training hotel, educational studio, Green Diplomacy Center, sports hall, swimming pool, modern cafeteria, student dormitory, sewing training and production center, and other educational infrastructure facilities of the university.
The guests highly appreciated the university’s conditions and modern material and technical base, describing it as an important foundation for preparing specialists who meet the demands of the global labor market.
It was noted that such visits contribute to strengthening information cooperation and expanding bilateral relations between the Republic of Tajikistan and the Kyrgyz Republic, while also playing an important role in promoting opportunities in the fields of education and tourism.
