Within the framework of the international forum “Cooperation for Sustainable Development: Green. Digital. Smart”, a meeting was held between the Rector of the International University of Tourism and Entrepreneurship of Tajikistan and the President of Future University, Saudi Arabia, Professor Essam Hussein Mattar.
During the negotiations, the parties discussed prospects for strengthening bilateral relations, with particular attention given to cooperation in education, scientific research, and innovation.
Both sides expressed their readiness to implement joint initiatives in key contemporary fields, including digital education, the green economy, smart technologies, and tourism development.
In addition, the introduction of academic exchange programs, the implementation of joint research projects, and the involvement of specialists from both institutions were identified as priority areas of cooperation.
It was emphasized that collaboration with leading international institutions, particularly innovative universities, creates a solid foundation for enhancing the quality of education, developing human capital, and expanding professional opportunities for young people.
The meeting was regarded as the beginning of a new stage of international cooperation with higher education institutions in Saudi Arabia and provided a favorable basis for implementing joint projects and expanding academic and scientific relations at the international level.
