Faculty members and students of the International University of Tourism and Entrepreneurship of Tajikistan (IUTET) participated in the educational television program “The World is Full of Youth,” produced by the state television channel “Safina.”
During the program, important topics related to the development of national science, youth achievements, and the support provided by the country’s top leadership and the university administration were thoroughly discussed.
In their conversation, the university’s faculty members and students highlighted the exceptional role of the Founder of Peace and National Unity, Leader of the Nation, President of the Republic of Tajikistan, Emomali Rahmon, in the revival and development of national science. It was emphasized that the President’s educational and forward-looking policy has made science one of the strategic priorities of societal development.
The declaration of the “Twenty Years of Learning and Development of Natural, Exact, and Mathematical Sciences in the Field of Science and Education” (2020–2040), as well as the establishment of special awards for young scientists, has created a significant intellectual and scientific transformation among the younger generation. The Leader of the Nation consistently emphasizes that the future of Tajikistan lies in the hands of educated and research-oriented youth.
At the same time, discussions were held on the scientific achievements of young people (using ITSTU as an example). The international level of the university has enabled students to achieve significant success, particularly in innovation and invention.
Students and young researchers of the university have presented high-quality scientific projects in modern tourism technologies, digital economy, and green entrepreneurship, and have won top positions in national competitions such as “The Light of Enlightenment is the Book” and “Science – the Light of Knowledge.”
Scientific articles authored by students and young faculty members have been published in reputable international academic databases, and they proudly represent Tajikistan at global conferences.
To achieve high scientific results, the leadership of the International University of Tourism and Entrepreneurship of Tajikistan has created favorable modern conditions. It was noted that the university administration follows a policy of comprehensive support for young scientists so that no talented idea is left without attention.
The program also highlighted key opportunities provided by the university administration, including the establishment of modern laboratories and consulting centers for startup development, financial incentives, and sending young researchers to partner universities in Europe and Asia for academic exchange and professional development.
The program “The World is Full of Youth” once again demonstrated that the faculty members and students of the International University of Tourism and Entrepreneurship of Tajikistan are not only leaders in education but also active contributors in science and practice, serving sincerely for the prosperity of their beloved homeland—Tajikistan.
