Зиндагии маънавии мо аслан ба кору пайкори шахсиятҳое такя мекунад, ки вуҷуди хешро барои рушди маърифат, таҳаммули илму фарҳанг бахшида, пайваста парчами худшиносиву худогоҳии маънавию таърихӣ, шинохти асолати миллиро бо роҳи омӯзиши таърих ва сарнавишти халқу миллат боло мебардоранд ва бо чароғи хираду заковати олии хеш дирӯзу имрӯз ва фардоро фурӯзону мунаввар медоранд.
Изҳори чанд сухан роҷеъ ба чунин нафароне, ки шиори зиндагию рӯзгорашон ва кӯшишу талошашон баҳри ободию рушду такомули меҳани азизамон равона гардидааст, омӯзанда ва боиси ибрату пайравист.

Як нуктаро махсус метавон таъкид кард, ки Асосгузори сулҳу ваҳдати миллӣ – Пешвои миллат, Президенти Ҷумҳурии Тоҷикистон муҳтарам Эмомалӣ Раҳмон пайваста нисбати ҷавонон меҳрубонию ғамхорӣ зоҳир менамояд ва онҳоро ба вазифаҳои масъули давлатӣ пешбарӣ месозанд, зеро ба гуфтаи Мавлоно Ҷомӣ:

Мева бенуқсон бувад, чун аз дарахти навбар аст.
Заҳматҳои самимонаву пайгиронаи Асрорзода Убайдулло Саттор самараи худро ба бор оварданд. Маҳз, бо ибтикор ва ташаббусҳои созандаи роҳбари ҷавон Донишгоҳи байналмилалии сайёҳӣ ва соҳибкории Тоҷикистон дар муҳлати кӯтоҳтарин ба яке аз муассисаҳои муътабар ва дорои зинаҳои гуногуни таҳсилот мубаддал гардид. Махсусан, фаъолияти густурдаи Донишкадаҳои байналмилалии назди Донишгоҳ дар шаҳрҳои Левакант, Хуҷанд ва ноҳияи Данғара, Институтҳои таълимӣ, илмию тадқиқотӣ, Марказҳои касбомӯзӣ ва татбиқи лоиҳаҳо, Коллеҷу литсейҳо дар вилоятҳои Хатлону Суғд тасдиқи гуфтаҳои боло мебошад.
Заҳмату талошҳои Убайдулло Саттор дар самти амалисозии сиёсати маорифпарваронаи Пешвои муаззами миллат аз ҷониби Ҳукумати мамлакат ба таври сазовор қадр гардиданд. Аз ҷумла, бо Фармони Президенти Ҷумҳурии Тоҷикистон соли 2013 бо Ҷоизаи давлатии ба номи Исмоили Сомонӣ барои олимони ҷавон дар соҳаи илм ва техника, соли 2019 бо медали “Хизмати шоиста” ва 29 августи соли 2024 бо мукофоти давлатии Ордени “Шараф” дараҷаи 2 сарфароз гардонида шудааст.
Қобили тазаккур аст, ки ректори ҷавон аз рӯзҳои аввали фаъолият ба масъалаҳои ҳифзи иҷтимоии кормандону ҳайати омӯзгорон таваҷҷуҳи хоса зоҳир менамуд, аз љумла дар самти ҳавасмандгардонии моддиву маънавии онҳо саъю талош меварзид. Дар ин ҷода яке аз иқдомҳои мушаххас он буд, ки шахсони сазоворро ба мукофоту ҷоизаҳои давлатӣ ва соҳавӣ пешниҳод менамуд, ба нафарони эҳтиёҷманд кумакҳои молиявӣ мерасонид. Ва умуман бо дасту забон кӯшиш менамояд, ки ҳайати кормандону омӯзгоронро дастгирӣ намояд.

Махсусан, Асрорзода Убайдулло Саттор, ки худ олими љавон аст, дар ҳамешагӣ ба олимону муҳаққиқони љавон дар раванди иљро ва ҳимояи саривақтии рисолаҳои илмӣ кӯмаки амалии худро мерасонад. Кормандону омӯзгорони ба табобату муолиҷа эҳтиёҷдошта, бо мусоидату дастгирии бевоситаи роњбари муассиса аз ҳисоби маблағҳои махсус ба табобат фаро гирифта шуда, ба осоишгоҳу санаторияҳои кишвар фиристода мешаванд.
Дар баробари таваҷҷӯҳ ба сатҳи иҷтимоии кормандони донишгоҳ роҳбари ҷавони муассиса Асрорзода Убайдулло Саттор ҳамеша дар фикри дастгирии ятимону бепарасторон аст.
