Ҷумҳурии Тоҷикистон яке аз манбаъҳои асосии нерўи сабзи минтақаи Осиёи Марказӣ ба ҳисоб меравад. Дарёҳои пуртуѓёни ин кишвари саросар кўҳсор, ки аз қуллаҳои барфпўши сар ба афлоккашида ва пиряхҳои машҳури ҷаҳон ибтидо мегиранд, бо суръати баланд ва неруи бузург ба пастиҳо ҷорӣ шуда, агрегатҳои пуриқтидори неругоҳҳои барқи обиро ба ҳаракат медароранд. Дар натиҷа барқи аз ҷиҳати экологӣ тоза тавлид гардида, ба мардуми кишвар ва хориҷ аз он интиқол мегардад. Дар ин робита Президенти Ҷумҳурии Тоҷикистон, Пешвои миллат муҳтарам Эмомалӣ Рахмон рўзи 28 декабри соли равон дар Паём ба Маҷлиси Олии Ҷумҳурии Тоҷикистон изҳор намуданд, ки бунёду таъмири неругоҳҳои барқи обӣ ва офтобӣ аз ҷумлаи вазифаҳои афзалиятноки мамлакат ба ҳисоб мераванд. «Ҳоло корҳои таҷдиду навсозӣ дар неругоҳҳои барқи обии «Норак» ва «Қайроққум» ба маблағи умумии 6 миллиарду 900 миллион сомонӣ ва сохтмони неругоҳи «Себзор» ба маблағи 700 миллион сомонӣ идома доранд», – иброз доштанд Сарвари давлат ва вазифаҳои муҳими дар ин соҳа банақшагирифташударо зикр намуданд.
Таъкид карда шуд, ки Ҳукумати ҷумҳурӣ бо мақсади расидан ба истиқлоли энергетикӣ ва дар ин замина таъмин намудани рушди устувори иқтисоди миллӣ бо истифода аз ҳама имконияту сарчашмаҳои мавҷуда, хусусан манбаъҳои рушди энергияи «сабз» тадбирҳои амалӣ меандешад. Дар ин росто то имрӯз ду агрегати неругоҳи «Норак» ва се агрегати неругоҳи «Қайроққум» пурра навсозӣ карда шуд. Дар соли нави 2025 низ корҳои таҷдиду навсозии боз се агрегати дигар дар неругоҳи «Қайроқум» иқтидори он иловатан 24 мегаватт зиёд мегардад ва иқтидори умумии он ба 174 мегаватт мерасад.
Дар неругоҳи «Норак» низ як агрегати дигар таҷдид шуда, иқтидори он 40 мегаватт зиёд мегардад ва сохтмони неругоҳи «Себзор» бо тавоноии 11 мегаватт ба анҷом расонида мешавад. Яъне иқтидори мавҷудаи энергетикии мамлакат соли 2025 танҳо аз ин ҳисоб 180 мегаватт зиёд мегардад.
Манбаи дигари неруи барқ Офтоб мебошад, ки истифодаи самараноки ҳарорати ин сайёраи оламшумул ба лоиҳаҳои сармоягузорӣ дохил карда шудааст. Дар соли 2025 дар вилояти Суғд сохтмони неругоҳи барқи офтобӣ бо иқтидори 200 мегаватт оғоз мегардад». Ҳамзамон дар неругоҳи офтобии мавзеи Мурѓоби Вилояти Мухтори Кўҳистони Бадахшон низ корҳои сохтмону васлгарӣ идома хоҳанд ёфт. Мавриди зикр аст, ки иқдомоти мазкур дар давраи тайёрӣ ба ҷашгнгирии 35-умин солгарди истиқлолияти давлатии Тоҷикистон дастоварди арзанда ва ва тухфаи хотирмон хоҳад буд.
