“Моро зарур аст, ки ҳифзи арзишҳои таърихиву фарҳангии миллати худ ва муаррифии боз ҳам бештари онҳоро дар арсаи байналмилалӣ ҳадафмандона идома диҳем”
Паёми Пешвои миллат, ки санаи 28.12.2024 ироа гашт, саропо тамоми самтҳои ҳаёти миллати тоҷикро дар бар гирифта, ҳамчун як номаи роҳнамову бахткушо саодати рӯзгорро дар солҳои оянда муайян менамояд. Пешвои миллат густариши илму дониш ва арзишҳои фарҳангиро дар ҳаёти маънавии халқи тоҷик аввалиндараҷа шуморида, иброз намуд, ки “Ҳамаи пешравию пирӯзии ҳар як давлат ва ҷомеаро мактабу маориф ва илму дониш таъмин менамояд”. Дар ҷойи дигар таъкид карда шуд, ки “Фарҳанг ҳастии миллат аст” ва “фарҳанги миллӣ, ки заиф шуд, ҷояшро фарҳанги бегона пур мекунад”.
Ин ҳушдори Пешвои миллат мо омӯзгорон ва кулли ҷомеаи тоҷикро водор месозад, ки наслҳои наврас ва ҷавони миллати тоҷикро дар рӯҳияи баланди хештандӯстию худшиносӣ ва ҳуввияти миллӣ, таълиму тарбияи намуда, ҳамчун инсони комил ва тоҷики асил ба камол расонем. Барҳақ, мо ҳамон вақт ба тамоми пирӯзиҳо ноил мегардем, ки қадам ба қадами Пешвои миллат гузошта, амали гардонидани дастуру супоришҳо ва ҳидоятҳои ин абармарди роҳи хирад ва фарзонафарзанди асилро, ки дар Паёми навбатӣ маънидод намуд, сари вақт анҷом бахшем.
Мо тоҷикони ҷаҳон бояд донем, ки аз хушбахттарин халқҳои олам ба шумор меравем, чунки илму дониш ва фарҳанги гузаштагони мо башариятро аз ҷаҳолат раҳо бахшида, роҳи пурсаодатро барои дигар халқҳо низ кушодааст.
Дар баробари ин, ифтихор аз он намоем, ки дар замони соҳибистиқлолии кишвар умр ба сар мебарем ва зиндагии мо ҳамсафари Пешвои Фархундапайи Миллат муҳтарам Эмомалӣ Раҳмон аст.
Илму дониш дар ҷомеаи муосири миллии мо низ, мавқеи ниҳоят гаронарзишро касб намудааст. Яъне, илму дониш на танҳо чароғи ақл, балки чароғи зиндагии мардум низ ба ҳисоб рафта, дар пешрафти ҳаёт нақши муҳимро бозидааст.
Барои ҳамин Ҳукумати кишвар беш аз пеш барои густариши илму фарҳанг тамоми чораҳоро андешида истодааст. Чуноне ки Пешвои миллат арзёбӣ намуданд: Тайи 33-соли истиқлоли давлатӣ дар кишвар 18 театр, 50 қасри фарҳанг, 14 мактаби санъат, 126 китобхона, 61 боғи фарҳангу фароғат ва 200 осорхона бунёд карда шуд, ки имрӯз ҳамаи онҳо ба мардуми Точикистон хизмат карда истодаанд”.
Акнун, наслҳои ҷавонро мебояд, ки бо дониши намунавӣ, кору пайкори шоиста оқилонаву содиқона илм омӯхта ба қадри халқу Ватан расанд. Тибқи шиори “рафтори нек”, “гуфтори нек”, “кирдори нек” ва “пиндори нек” зиндагӣ намуда, сухани Пешвои миллат “ҷавонон ояндасози ҷомеа мебошанд” – ро ҳеҷ гоҳ аз хотир набароранду муносиб бошанд.
Ман фикр мекунам, ки Паёми Пешвои миллат барои ҳар як хонадони миллати тоҷик сафо, хушбахтӣ, файзу баракат ва илму дониш ато менамояд.
Мо омӯзгорони кафедраи забон ва фарҳанги Донишгоҳи байналмилалии сайёҳӣ ва соҳибкории Тоҷикистон, ироаи Паёми Пешвои миллатро ба воситаи симо ва садо аз худ намуда, дар асоси он нақша-чорабинӣ таҳия намудем, ки мунтазам иҷроиши онро амалӣ мегардонем.
