ВУСЪАТИ ЧОРАБИНИҲОИ ИЛМӢ ДАР ДБССТ: Масъалаҳои мубрами баҳисобгирии муҳосибӣ ва аудит дар шароити иқтисоди рақамӣ ва саноатикунонии босуръати Ҷумҳурии Тоҷикистон
Таҳти чунин унвон 09 ноябри соли 2024 дар Донишгоҳи байналмилалии сайёҳӣ ва соҳибкории Тоҷикистон конфронси илмию амалии байналмилалӣ баргузор гардид, ки дар кори он намояндаи Дастгоҳи иҷроияи Президенти Ҷумҳурии Тоҷикистон, намояндагони Бонки миллии Тоҷикмистон, Раёсати КВД БА ҶТ “Амонатбонк”, КВД БССТ “Саноатсодиротбонк”, ҶСК “Коммерсбонки Тоҷикистон”, ширкатҳои аудитрӣ, Донишгоҳи миллии Тоҷикистон, Институти илмию тадқиқотии сайёҳӣ ва соҳибкорӣ, шарикони хориҷӣ тариқи маҷозӣ ва омӯзгорону донишҷӯёни Донишгоҳ иштирок намуданд.
Муовини аввали ректори Донишгоҳ муҳтарам Раҳимов Мирзоҳид Абдувоҳидович бо сухани ифтитоҳӣ конфронсро оғоз намуда, миннатдории раёсати донишгоҳро ҷиҳати иштирок дар чорабинии донишгоҳ ба кулли меҳмонон ва ҳозирин баён намуд. Мавсуф қайд намуданд, ки Гузариш ба иқтисодиёти рақамӣ ва тавсеаи пардохтҳои ғайринақдӣ дар мадди назари давлату ҳукумат буда, Асосгузори сулҳу ваҳдати миллӣ, Пешвои миллат, Президенти Ҷумҳурии Тоҷикистон муҳтарам Эмомалӣ Раҳмон ҳамеша дар паёмҳои худ ба Маҷлиси Олии Ҷумҳурии Тоҷикистон дар ин самт дастуру супоришҳои мушахас медиҳанд.
Дар заминаи таъкидҳо ва дастуру супоришҳои Пешвои миллат, Фармони Президенти Ҷумҳурии Тоҷикистон «Дар бораи тадбирҳои вусъат додани ҳисоббаробаркунии ғайринақдӣ» аз 22 июни соли 2023, таҳти рақами №586 ба имзо расид, ки тибқи он аз 1 августи соли 2023 пардохти андозҳо, боҷҳои давлатӣ, пардохтҳои дигари ҳатмӣ ба буҷет, ҷаримаҳо, маблағи суғуртаи ҳатмии давлатӣ, хизматрасониҳои тиббӣ, хизматрасониҳои коммуналӣ, намудҳои дигари хизматрасониҳои давлатӣ, инчунин қабули маблағҳо аз ҷониби вазорату идораҳо ва ташкилоти давлатӣ (хизматрасониҳои музднок) тариқи ғайринақдӣ амалӣ мешавад.
Қайд карда шуд, ки тараққиёти иқтисодиёти ҳар як давлат ҳоло бе системаи самарабахши муомилоти пул ва истифодаи механизмҳои ҳозиразамони пардохт имконнопазир аст.
Сипас, мушовири бахши Ёрдамчии Президенти Ҷумҳурии Тоҷикистон оид ба масъалаҳои иқтисодӣ Аброрӣ Шукуҳиддин, муовини Раиси Бонки миллии Тоҷикистон Икромӣ Сироҷиддин Салом, мудири кафедраи таҳлили иқтисодӣ ва аудити Донишгоҳи миллии Тоҷикистон д.и.и., профессор Калемуллоев Мунир, ходими илмии Институти илмию тадқиқотии сайёҳӣ ва соҳибкории Донишгоҳи байналмилалии сайёҳӣ ва соҳибкории Тоҷикистон н.и.и., дотсент Исматов Асатулло, дотсенти кафедраи баҳисобгирии муҳосибӣ ва аудити Донишгоҳи байналмилалии сайёҳӣ ва соҳибкории Тоҷикистон Комилов Аслиддин, профессори Донишгоҳи Мумбай (Ҳиндустон) Шайх Рахматулла ва проректори таълим ва корҳои илмии Донишкадаи идоракунии тиҷорат ва сиёсат (Южный университет, Россия) дотсент Шпилевская Елена Вячеславовна бо маърӯза баромад намуданд.
Дар охири қисмати пленарии конфронс бо фармоиши ректори Донишгоҳи байналмилалии сайёҳӣ ва соҳибкории Тоҷикистон меҳмонон бо “Сипоснома”-и Донишгоҳ ва омӯзгорони кафедраи баҳисобгирии муҳосибӣ ва аудит, бахшида ба “Рӯзи байналмилалии муҳосибон” бо “Ифтихорнома” ва маблағҳои ҳавасмандӣ қадрдонӣ гардиданд.
