On October 17, 2025, the Tajik International University of Tourism and Entrepreneurship welcomed Mr. Luca Uguzzoni, Sustainable Development and Business Manager of the international company “AMBI” (Switzerland), and Ms. Maryam Al Shinasi, an experienced lawyer and entrepreneur from the United Arab Emirates.
The distinguished guests were received by Mr. Ubaidullo Asrorzoda, Rector of the Tajik International University of Tourism and Entrepreneurship. The meeting provided a valuable opportunity for both parties to discuss avenues for strengthening strategic cooperation, implementing joint programs and projects, facilitating knowledge and experience exchange, and engaging international companies in the university’s educational, practical training, and research activities.
The discussion also focused on the implementation of investment projects in key areas such as digitalization, the green economy, sports tourism, the development of business incubators, and the organization of international events—with special attention to initiatives in sports tourism. Both parties emphasized that this visit marks the beginning of a new stage of partnership and the development of mutually beneficial relations.
During the visit, the guests toured the university’s academic and research institutes, faculties, training laboratories, centers, and material and technical facilities. They highly commended the university’s educational infrastructure, digital transformation initiatives, and practical training opportunities, which are designed to prepare highly qualified specialists in the fields of tourism and entrepreneurship.
