Ubaydullo Asrorzoda held a meeting with the Regional Advisor of the international scientific publishing company Elsevier (Netherlands) for Central Asia.
During the meeting, the parties discussed issues related to the development of scientific research, expansion of academic cooperation, enhancement of publication activity among researchers, and opportunities for access to international scientific databases and resources.
Special attention was paid to strengthening collaboration between the International University of Tourism and Entrepreneurship of Tajikistan and Elsevier in the areas of scientific publications, research development, academic rankings, and increasing the international visibility of the university’s scientific achievements.
The participants also exchanged views on improving the quality of research, supporting young scientists, and implementing modern approaches to scientific and educational activities in accordance with international standards.
The meeting took place in a constructive atmosphere and underscored the mutual interest of both sides in expanding cooperation and promoting scientific and educational development in the region.
