VICTORY DAY — A SYMBOL OF COURAGE AND THE UNITY OF PEOPLES

In honor of Victory Day, a roundtable discussion was held at the Faculty of Banking Activities with the participation of the Dean of the Faculty, Adolat Qurbonali, Associate Professor of the Department of Humanities at the Academy of Tourism Hasan Nurmatzoda, Senior Lecturer of the Department of Sports and Civil Defense Abdujabbor Hasanov, and other distinguished guests.

At the opening of the event, the Dean congratulated those present on Victory Day and this historic achievement. He noted that the memories associated with Victory Day still deeply move every elderly person. These are memories of those dark days, the hardships endured during the war, and the sacrifices through which this victory was achieved.

The faculty’s teachers and students also delivered presentations, recalling various episodes of the Great Patriotic War and emphasizing the historical significance of this important event.

Indeed, years have passed and the physical wounds inflicted by the war have healed, but the memory of that bloody conflict has never faded. The wounds on the body may have healed, yet an eternal mark called the “Great Patriotic War” remains in the hearts of people forever.
